Print Production Clerk

In this hands-on role, you will support the full production cycle, from managing print requests and operating digital print equipment to quality control and final delivery. What is in it for you:
• Hourly salary of $20.93. • 1-month contract. • Full-time position: 37.50 hours per week. • Weekday schedule from 9 am to 5 pm. • On-site position located in Toronto, Ontario.
Responsibilities:
• Operate digital print equipment. • Operate standard finishing equipment, including paper cutters, bindery equipment, laminating equipment, and drills. • Serve as the point of contact for customer requests, provide estimates, schedule work, and track production. • Perform basic quality inspections before, during, and after each production run. • Track and store jobs according to customer requirements for future reuse. • Maintain reporting logs and information for billing purposes. • Wrap, pack, label, and ship finished products. • Maintain appropriate inventory levels of supplies. • Resolve basic issues related to production, delivery, and output requirements.
What you will need to succeed:
• High school diploma or equivalent. • Post-secondary technology training or related experience is preferred. • 6 months to 1 year of experience in a customer service environment. • Ability and willingness to learn and develop new skills. • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe, and other relevant software. • Strong attention to detail. • Strong reading skills. • Good visual accuracy for inspection and production tasks.
