Responsabilités principales : • Fournir un support technique en temps opportun pour les problèmes informatiques quotidiens • Offrir une formation au personnel sur les systèmes informatiques afin de maximiser l'utilisation du matériel et des logiciels • Documentation des problèmes et des résolutions des utilisateurs, à l'aide du système de billetterie informatique. • Installer et configurer le matériel informatique, les logiciels, les systèmes, les réseaux et les imprimantes • Configurer, personnaliser et positionner les postes de travail pour les utilisateurs. • Maintien du matériel et logiciels des systèmes en place ainsi que leur mise à niveau. • Déplacements vers des sites à travers le Québec et l’Est de l’Ontario. Conditions de travail : Salaire concurrentiel selon l’expérience; Programme complet d'assurances collectives, payées à 100% par l’employeur; Horaire sur 5 jours/semaine, 40h/semaine; Exigences/Qualifications : · Minimum de 2 ans d'expérience dans un rôle de support technique · Connaissance du matériel informatique, des systèmes logiciels et des réseaux informatiques - Bonne maîtrise des outils Google (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar). · Connaissances approfondies de Microsoft Windows 7/10 · Connaissances générales de Smartphone et Tablet OS (Android et Apple) · Connaissance pratiques de Server 2013, 2016 et Active Directory · Compréhension de TCP/IP, DNS et DHCP · Solides compétences en communication et en prise de décision · Doit être capable d'apprendre et de prendre en charge les nouvelles technologies. · Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles. · Capacité à s’adapter et à travailler sous pression. · Soucieux du détail et du travail bien fait. · Excellente maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, à l’oral comme à l’écrit, afin d’offrir un soutien efficace par téléphone, courriel et autres moyens de communication aux utilisateurs du Québec et de l’Ontario · Doit détenir un permis de conduire valide #Matrec We thank you for your interest.
