Job Description Summary (An English version will follow) Objectif du poste : Le technicien CVC 3 fait preuve de professionnalisme par sa communication et sa présentation soignée, et offre un service exemplaire à nos clients. Ce poste consiste à livrer des équipements CVC portables aux clients, en démontrant ses compétences et ses aptitudes dans l’utilisation, le fonctionnement et la réparation de tous les équipements de l’entreprise. De plus, ce poste implique de réparer les équipements de climatisation les plus complexes, de former et d’encadrer d’autres techniciens, de réceptionner et de réparer les équipements, d’effectuer des tâches générales d’atelier et de livrer/installer des équipements de climatisation selon les besoins. Responsabilités du poste : Communiquer de manière professionnelle avec les clients, les responsables et les ingénieurs commerciaux afin de planifier les livraisons, les enlèvements et les interventions techniques Livrer et installer les équipements CVC loués ; former l’opérateur habilité (et/ou le client) à l’utilisation sécurisée des équipements Veiller à ce que les clients signent les documents appropriés ; consigner les numéros de série Dépiste et résout efficacement les pannes, et maîtrise parfaitement le fonctionnement, les spécifications, les capacités et les commandes de tout équipement de location Conduit le véhicule de l’entreprise en toute sécurité et respecte l’ensemble des consignes de sécurité de l’entreprise Nettoie et teste les équipements restitués, en s’assurant que leur fonctionnement et leur aspect sont conformes aux normes Remplit les documents administratifs requis pour les livraisons, les enlèvements et les interventions techniques Installe des tuyaux de gaz flexibles aussi bien pour les installations au propane que pour celles au gaz naturel Met en œuvre des procédures appropriées et sûres pour vérifier les raccordements de gaz Collabore avec les responsables et les ingénieurs commerciaux pour tenir à jour des registres précis et assurer le suivi des équipements en stock et loués Est de garde pour les interventions d’urgence et est disponible selon un planning rotatif pour répondre aux appels d’urgence le week-end et en soirée. Exigences : Formation et expérience : Au moins 5 ans d’expérience dans le domaine du chauffage, de la ventilation et de la climatisation (CVC) Doit être titulaire d’un certificat CVC, attestant d’un certain niveau de formation officielle ainsi que de l’habilitation légale (licence d’État) à intervenir sur des systèmes de réfrigération Doit posséder des compétences de base en mathématiques Doit avoir des aptitudes pour la mécanique Doit être titulaire d’un permis de conduire valide et d’un casier routier vierge, sans point de pénalité Doit être âgé d’au moins 21 ans Doit être disponible pour travailler en dehors des horaires normaux et le week-end pendant les périodes de forte activité (English) Position Objective: The HVAC Technician 3 demonstrates a level of professionalism through positive communication and appearance and provides an exemplary level of service to our customers. This role delivers portable HVAC equipment to the customer, demonstrating skills and performance in the use, operation and repair of all company equipment. Additionally, this role repairs the most complex Climate Control equipment, provides training and guidance to other Technicians, checks in and repairs equipment, performs general shop duties and delivers/installs CC equipment as needed. Position Responsibilities: Communicates professionally with customers, managers, and sales engineers to schedule deliveries, pick-ups and service calls Delivers and installs rented HVAC equipment; trains authorized operator (and/or customer) on safe use of equipment Directs customers to sign appropriate paperwork; keeps track of serial numbers Successfully troubleshoots and completely understands the operation, function, specifications, capabilities and controls of any piece of rental equipment Operates company vehicle safely and follows all company safety policies Cleans and tests returned equipment, making sure operation and appearance is up to standards Completes appropriate paperwork for deliveries, pick-ups and service calls Installs flexible gas hose on both propane and natural gas applications Implements proper and safe procedures to check gas connections Works with managers and sales engineers to maintain accurate records and tracking of in-stock and rented equipment Is on call for emergency service and is available on a rotating schedule for emergency service response calls on weekends and evenings Requirements: Education & Experience: 5+ years of HVAC experience Must have an HVAC Certificate, which recognizes some level of formal training as well as the legal (state licensed) ability to work on refrigeration systems Must possess basic math skills Must be mechanically inclined Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record free from points Must be at least 21 years or older Must be able to work some after hours and weekend work during peak times Base Pay Range 32.53 - 46.75 Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
