General Description: The Enterprise Account Manager is responsible for developing, retaining, and growing strategic enterprise-level customer relationships across multiple locations and business units. This role focuses on driving revenue growth, increasing customer retention, expanding service penetration, and serving as the primary point of contact for large, complex customers. The successful candidate will partner with operations, customer service, pricing, and executive leadership teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences while achieving revenue, margin, retention, and growth objectives. As an Enterprise Account Manager with us, the minimum responsibilities are: Manage a portfolio of enterprise and national accounts, developing strategies to drive revenue growth, profitability, and customer retention. Build and maintain strong relationships with executive stakeholders, procurement teams, and operational leaders. Identify and close expansion opportunities through cross-selling, upselling, and multi-site service growth. Lead contract negotiations, renewals, pricing discussions, and service agreement management while ensuring margin objectives are met. Conduct regular business reviews, monitor customer satisfaction, and proactively resolve escalated issues. Collaborate with Operations, Customer Service, Billing, and Sales teams to ensure successful service delivery and account execution. Support RFPs, large-scale bids, and new service implementations. Maintain accurate CRM records, manage opportunity pipelines, and provide forecasts on revenue growth, retention, and account performance. What We Need From You: Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered. 5+ years of enterprise, national account, or strategic sales/account management experience. Proven track record managing large customer accounts, driving revenue growth, contract negotiations, and customer retention. Experience in environmental services, waste management, industrial services, logistics, facilities management, or similar industries preferred. Strong consultative selling, relationship management, negotiation, and presentation skills. Financial acumen with the ability to develop business cases and analyze account profitability. Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Dynamics, or equivalent. Strong communication skills, executive presence, and the ability to influence multiple stakeholders across complex organizations. 10%–15% travel depending on account portfolio. Ability to visit customer locations across multiple regions.
