About the role
A company specialized in manufacturing products that meet sanitation and cleaning needs for three key sectors—supermarkets, industry, and agri-food—is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join its team in Anjou.
Administrative Tasks:
- Handle customer requests received by phone, email, or fax, including pricing inquiries, documentation needs, and issue follow-ups.
- Draft and prepare quotes for representatives (m/f), ensure their approval, and send them to customers.
- Maintain and update representatives’ (m/f) price lists.
- Provide administrative support to representatives (m/f), the administrative department, and company management.
- Rotate with other team members to answer incoming calls and ensure proper routing of communications.
- Forward any customer-related issues to the appropriate departments, including complaints, billing errors, or delivery delays.
- Perform any other related duties as required.

Requirements:
- Completed DEC (college diploma)
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
- Bilingualism (English/French) to serve clients in Ontario and the United States (30% of the time)
- Experience in manufacturing or chemical products (an asset)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Salary: $55,000 to $60,000 per year, depending on experience
Schedule: 37.5 hours per week
