About the role

Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role based in Ajax, ON, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Door to Door Sales Representative is responsible for prospecting in designated residential areas, introducing Clear Ascent’s services, and generating new customer leads through in-person outreach. Day-to-day activities include engaging homeowners at their door, explaining service offerings and pricing, answering questions, and booking consultations or service appointments. The role involves tracking leads and follow-ups, updating customer information, and coordinating with operations staff to ensure a smooth handoff from sales to service delivery. The representative also participates in regular training, team meetings, and performance reviews to refine sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service skills. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal presentations, active listening, and the ability to build rapport with diverse homeowners. Candidates should possess Sales skills, such as prospecting, lead generation, and closing techniques suitable for door-to-door residential outreach. Candidates should possess Sales Management and Training skills, including basic pipeline tracking, goal setting, and openness to ongoing coaching and skill development. Additional beneficial qualifications include a valid driver’s license, comfort working outdoors in varying weather, reliability in meeting daily and weekly targets, and a commitment to professional, non-discriminatory customer interactions. Previous experience in field sales, home services, or direct customer contact is an asset, but motivated applicants with strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. Candidates Comfortable with providing there own transportation will be preferred.
