Write clear, actionable bug reports including steps to reproduce, expected vs actual results, environment details, and supporting evidence. Partner with Customer Support to translate user reports into technical investigations. Validate fixes end-to-end and support post-release verification as needed.

Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate daily with Product, Design, Customer Support, and Engineering to keep work on track and user-focused. Participate early in feature development by contributing to scope discussions, risk assessment, acceptance criteria, and test strategy. Advocate for quality by identifying risks, gaps, and opportunities to improve reliability, UX polish, and testability.
