We have an immediate need for a Full-time Bilingual Customer Service Representative
The Successful candidate will have the following skills:
· Post-secondary education (ideally in a business field)
· Excellent organizational and communication skills
· Ability to multi-task, while using good judgment in prioritizing responsibilities to meet deadlines
· Keen attention to detail and the ability to accurately input data
· Proficient PC skills including Microsoft Office (primarily Excel, Word and Outlook)
· Ability to work independently and with initiative
· Comfortable learning new system applications
· Bilingual in French
Knowledge of, or experience using, Sage 300 a Warehouse Management System (WMS), is beneficial but is not required.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to enter orders from sales reps, internal sales orders and customer repeats
- Communicate with the sales team to ensure clarity of order details
- Release orders to warehouse for picking
- Responsible for customer inquiries via phone and email
- Provide order status updates and returns authorizations in a timely manner
- Provide sales support with showroom and sample set-up
- Support customers in both Canada and USA
- Administration support to product managers
- Develop customer relationships through knowledge of products
- Provide support to customers in both Canada and USA
- Prioritize workload
- Assist with miscellaneous department tasks as needed
The office hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30am ? 5:00 pm. Optional hybrid work schedule available after training and probationary period complete.
