Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private clients, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.

Introduction: Prime Hires is seeking a skilled Bilingual - Customer Service Professional II to join our client in support of an existing vacancy.

Contract Period: 24 months with potential to extend or convert Pay Rate: $19.50 per hour Location: Nova Scotia, NS Location Type: Remote Business Hours: Monday-Friday; 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Job Responsibilities: Complete touchpoints with clients (inbound phone calls and outbound scheduled phone appointments). Respond to client inquiries via email and phone. Provide resolutions to a range of customer inquiries around their One. Review new one details with clients. Utilize current established policies and procedures. Collaborate with internal teams. Support productivity expectations set for the role. Submit client requested transactions. Develop an understanding of products and policies. Support organizational and team initiatives and incentives. Completing daily responsibilities. Experience & Qualification Requirements: Degree /diploma required. 2-4 years previous industry or customer service experience. Proven customer service skills with a strong focus on customer-centric solutions. Proficiency with Microsoft products, including Outlook, Teams, and Excel. Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrate passion for providing customer centric solutions. Strong knowledge of mortgage products. Bilingualism in English and French is required. Bilingual proficiency (English & French) - Required for customer communication. Strong customer service experience with a customer centric, solution focused approach. Knowledge of mortgage products, especially the ability to explain features and benefits clearly. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for phone and email interactions. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while meeting productivity expectations. Banking, mortgage, or financial services. Experience handling both inbound and outbound client calls in a call center or onboarding role. Strong proficiency with Microsoft tools (Outlook, Teams, Excel). Experience collaborating with internal teams to resolve client issues efficiently.
