Legend Boats Havelock is hiring! We're looking for a customer-focused Parts Coordinator to join our team in Havelock, Ontario! If you enjoy helping customers, excel at identifying their needs, and take pride in delivering the right solutions with exceptional service, we'd love to hear from you.
This is a full-time seasonal position that follows our annual business cycle and may include a temporary layoff period during the winter months. What You’ll Do
As a Parts Coordinator, you’ll play an important role in ensuring our customers, technicians, and production teams have the parts and accessories they need. Your responsibilities will include: Source parts cost-effectively from new and existing suppliers. Monitor inventory levels and support effective stock management. Order, receive, organize, and stock parts and accessories. Maintain an accurate and organized parts area. Process parts orders using internal systems and ensure timely fulfillment. Handle Parts Order Request cases and provide updates to internal teams. Maintain accurate product information, inventory records, and aisle/bin locations within Salesforce and internal systems. Track work-in-progress (WIP) parts and support inventory reconciliation. Package, bill, and distribute parts to boat riggers, technicians, and retail counter staff. Identify opportunities to expand marine accessories that complement Legend products. Collaborate with the Director of Customer Service and parts team to resolve issues and improve processes.
In addition to your primary responsibilities, you will support Customer Care with tasks such as: Greet clients, schedule service appointments, and manage boat drop-offs and pick-ups. Handle invoicing for repairs and warranty claims, and generate service estimates. Coordinate technician assignments and conduct boat orientation sessions. Addressing customer questions and ensuring a positive experience.
What You Bring Previous experience in parts, inventory, warehouse, retail, marine, automotive, powersports, or a customer service environment is considered an asset. Strong customer service skills with the ability to understand customer needs and provide effective solutions. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail when managing inventory, orders, and product information. Comfortable learning and using business systems, inventory software, and CRM platforms (Salesforce experience is considered an asset). Strong computer skills, including accurate data entry and the ability to learn new technology. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with customers, suppliers, technicians, and internal teams. Dependable, accountable, and able to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment. High School Diploma or equivalent required. Valid Driver’s Licence with a clean driving abstract. Forklift certification is an asset (or willingness to obtain).
