Your role As a Tactical Security Guard, you are the first line of defense — and the first to help. You’ll:
Patrol parking facilities in Downtown Toronto. Respond to incidents and de-escalate situations. Monitor CCTV, alarms, and security systems. Provide excellent customer service and assist the public. Support individuals in need with professionalism and respect. Conduct interior and exterior patrols to maintain a visible security presence. Respond to medical and emergency situations until emergency services arrive. Complete accurate incident reports and communicate key details. Work closely with emergency services and site management when required.

Authorization to work in Canada. Valid Ontario Security Guard License. Valid First Aid and CPR Certification (WSIB approved). Stay active throughout your shift with the ability to stand and patrol for up to 12 hours. Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Minimum 1 year of tactical experience engaging with members of the vulnerable population. Valid Ontario Driver's License (G class). Clean Driver's Abstract. Enjoy Consistent Shifts and Work-Life Balance with every other weekend off. 12-hour continental shifts timings-
84 hours biweekly (1900- 0700 Hours)
Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
