Position Summary:

The Franchise Business Coach is responsible for overseeing specific territories of our Clintar brand, ensuring the successful execution of goals. This role involves guiding franchise owners in understanding and implementing operational aspects of the business, providing mentorship, and offering strategic direction. By closely monitoring the overall progress of local franchisee businesses and their teams, the Franchise Business Coach supports franchisee growth and achievement. Furthermore, they cultivate strong, positive relationships between the corporate team and franchisees, fostering a supportive environment where franchisees feel confident and comfortable within the franchise system.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary home office contact for the franchisees. Conduct bi-weekly scheduled 1-on1 calls and/or meetings with franchisees to support goal setting and financial results. Financial Performance: Monitoring financial performance metrics such as gross sales, growth rate, and profit margin to ensure the financial health and success of the franchise. Overseeing Day-to-Day Operations: The FBC will be responsible for managing the daily activities of multiple franchise locations, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards. Developing and Implementing Operational Processes: The FBC will develop and implement operational processes to streamline and optimize the performance of franchise locations. Managing Relationships with Franchisees: The FBC will serve as the main point of contact for franchisees, providing guidance, support, and resolving any issues that may arise. Analyzing Performance Metrics: The FBC will analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Customer Satisfaction: Measuring customer satisfaction through metrics such as Net Promoter Score (NPS) and Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Operational Efficiency: Monitoring operational efficiency metrics such as expense tracking and Return on Investment (ROI) to ensure the franchise is running efficiently and effectively.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred Seven years of experience in managing Profit & Loss Statements and other financial reports. Experience in B2B sales and service. Franchise experience required. Commercial B2B landscape management experience a plus Willingness to travel once per month. Ability to work independently of a team.

Required Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience in managing financial statements such as Profit and Loss Statements, A/R & A/P aging reports, and Balance Sheets. Strong budgeting skills and experience.

In addition to the key responsibilities and requirements, successful candidates will have a proven track record in the following areas:

Marketing and Sales Developing and implementing marketing plans to increase brand awareness in local markets. Utilizing effective lead generation techniques for B2B sales. Setting sales appointments for commercial clients. Delivering persuasive sales presentations. Closing sales deals successfully.

Field Operations Management: Optimizing job sequencing and routing efficiency. Managing labor and conducting field training. Ensuring high standards of quality control. Managing a field services business including creating repairs proposals.
