Fonctions Spécifiques/Specific functions
Sous l’autorité du chef des services informatique et génie biomédical, la personne administre, supporte, installe, configure et maintient à jour les différentes composantes informatiques (matériel et logiciel) qui constituent le réseau de l’établissement. Vous serez responsable de fournir une assistance technique rapide et efficace aux utilisateurs en recevant et en répondant aux demandes par téléphone, courriel ou système de billetterie. Elle assiste le chef d’équipe et ses collègues dans l’implantation des nouvelles applications, travaillant en étroite collaboration avec les usagers internes et partenaires externes. Elle aura a assurer le support niveau 1 et 2 en soutien de l’équipe basée à Kuujjuaq. Les taches se font en télétravail cependant le candidat sera appelé à se déplacer au Nunavik selon les besoins et un horaire établi avec le gestionnaire. ****************** Under the authority of the head of program IT and biomedical, the candidate administers, supports, installs, configures and maintains the various computer systems (hardware and software) that make up the institution's computer network. You will be responsible for delivering prompt and efficient technical support by receiving and responding to users inquiries via phone, email or ticketing system. He/she assists the team-leader and his/her collegues with the implementation of new systems working closely with internal and external partners. The candidate will be tasked with answering 1st and 2nd line calls in support of the rest of the team based in Kuujjuaq. The job is remote from home, however the candidate will be called upon to travel to Nunavik according to the needs and a schedule established with the manager.
Exigences spécifiques/Specific Requirements
Doit détenir un diplôme de fin d’études collégiales avec spécialisation en informatique (DEC) d’une école reconnue par le ministère compétent ou équivalent; Expérience pertinente minimale de trois (3) ans; l’expérience acquise dans le réseau de la Santé et des services sociaux est un atout important; Excellente maîtrise du français et de l’anglais (parlé et écrit); la connaissance de l’inuktitut est un atout; Leadership, initiative et grande autonomie; doit être très concernée par la notion de service à la clientèle; Aptitude à travailler en équipe et à donner de la formation; Une expérience de travail en région éloignée et en milieu autochotone est un atout majeur; Permis de conduire valide ***** Must have a College Diploma (DEC) in Computer Science from a school recognized by the relevant Ministry, or equivalent; Relevant experience of three (3) years; work experience in Health and Social services network is a major asset; Bilingualism essential in French and English (spoken and written); knowledge of Inuktitut is an asset; Leadership, initiative and strong autonomy; must be concerned by hight quality of service for the users; Ability to work in a team and to give training; Work experience in a remote region and Native milieu would be an important asset; Valid driver’s license.

Note 3: Any person recruited in Quebec more than 50 kilometres from the locality in which she is called upon to perform her duties, will be granted annual trips and lodging unit as per status. Shared lodging or transit if necessary. *Nordic premiums apply only when the home port is in one of the northern villages; the amounts of Nordic premiums indicated are "without dependents".
