Our client, a public transit company based in Montreal is looking for an Employee Services Attendant for contracts of 9 months and 1.5 years with the possibility of an extension. A 360 takeover, you will ensure a good user experience by responding with the highest quality standards.
Tasks:
- Handle calls with professionalism.
- Answer questions and provide recommendations.
- Convey accurate information.
- Provide appropriate solutions.
- Write and document information in the system.
- Perform other administrative tasks related to the smooth running of operations.

Requirements:
- Bilingualism (intermediate English) – required to respond to all requests across the covered territory (testing required).
- College diploma in a field relevant to the position.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service.
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office 365 suite.
- Be able to visit the site for the duration of the training and then once or twice a week.
Salary: 21$ to 23$ per hour.
Schedule: Day or evening shifts, Monday to Friday from 6:00 AM to 12:00 AM. Weekends and holidays from 9:00 AM to 1:00 AM, 5 days per week.
Status: Temporary with possibility of extension
