We are currently seeking a RIBO Licensed Customer Service Representative to join our Personal Lines team. In this role, you will manage a book of business while building strong, long-term relationships with clients. You will also service accounts by processing policy changes and providing claims guidance to support client retention. Whether you are newly RIBO licensed or bring prior experience, we would love to hear from you!
What will you do?

Provide timely and professional advice to clients for renewal reviews, claims, billing etc.

Process all policy changes/requests to ensure accurate and timely responses

Underwrite all renewals thoroughly – responsible for retention

Managing a client book of business

Review client’s overall insurance needs and refer to other departments as appropriate

Process month end reports
Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years of Personal Insurance experience
- Valid RIBO license
- Understanding of company underwriting and guidelines
- Strong knowledge of all rules and regulations for all insurers
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship skills
- Ability to organize and prioritize work effectively
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail
- High level of computer skills, knowledge and previous experience working with Applied Systems (EPIC) and Compu-quote is an asset

Depending on experience, the salary range for this newly created role is $45,000 - $57,000 Please note that individual salary is determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience, as well as internal equity.
