We offer Professional onboarding and training options Powerful team looking forward to working with you Career coaching and development opportunities Health benefits 401(k) Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service Specialist-Aria Filtra is responsible for standard work, best practices, various tools and internal systems to deliver proactive customer focus and timely completion of quotes, order entry processing, and support responses for customer service inquiries. Working closely with Aftermarket Regional Sales Managers, and the Technical Service team, the position provides critical support to the success of our proactive customer focused Service business. Responsibilities regularly span multiple job families within this job group. May provide customer support, handle incoming orders, verify customer purchase order accuracy, confirm purchase order with customer, resolve discrepancies, and provide technical support. This job family is intended to accommodate 1) jobs whose accountabilities span two or more job families within the job group; 2) jobs that are not covered by a defined job family within the job group; 3) managerial roles spanning more than one family that are not broad enough in scope and impact to be assigned to the Business Unit/General Management job family within the Management job group. This position is eligible for a hybrid work arrangement in which you can work part-time at the Company location identified above and part-time remotely from your home. In this role, a typical day will look like: Customer Service Act as the customer advocate ensuring they are getting the responses they need, working closely with the Outside Sales, Field Service, Technical Services, and supply chain teams The main point of customer contact, distributing customer inquiries/requests/orders to the appropriate internal parties Use Salesforce.com to assign and track tasks to completion Sales Support Prepare, send and follow up on spare parts, module replacement, and standard services quotes Support outside sales in the preparation and follow-up on larger opportunities as requested Support monthly bookings by ensuring customers are set up in the ERP system, coordinating credit checks and credit applications as needed Service Order and Execution Support Complete all aftermarket parts and service order entries into the ERP system Support the service execution team by creation of service project folders, standard documents, and invoices Enter Customer Complaints (CC’s) generated by Field Service to support quality improvements General Work cross functionally to promote, develop, and execute continuous improvement for AMPs processes utilizing Danaher Business System (DBS) tools Apply standard work to monitor, contain, report, and improve accurate delivery of AMPS and service with a keen focus on customer satisfaction The essential requirements of the job include: HS or GED Education Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer facing role Competency in Microsoft Office applications required Preferred Qualifications Associates degree preferred Experience working within an ERP system (INFOR LN preferred) Knowledge and experience in CRM tools (Salesforce.com preferred) Demonstrate a high level of patience and professionalism at all times Ability to organize and prioritize under pressure Ability to effectively problem-solve and multi-task Knowledge and experience in Document Management Pay transparency The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The compensation range for this role is $50,000-$60,000 CAD per year. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, and medical/dental/vision insurance to eligible employees.
