Job Title : Digital Sales Support Representative - Ecommerce B2C Support Division : Erikson Consumer Order Desk Location : Baie d’urfe (West island of Montreal) Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:30 AM-5:30PM Hybrid #LI-Hybrid About Erikson Consumer Erikson Consumer is a leading distributor of consumer electronics and lifestyle products, driving brand growth through eCommerce channels and major big-box retail partners. The division supports both B2B and B2C markets, working cross-functionally with sales, logistics, marketing, and retail partners to ensure products are effectively positioned, available, and supported across online and in-store channels. About the Role – Customer Service Representative We are currently seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused candidate to join Erikson Consumer as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will support customers through day-to-day inquiries, order management, and issue resolution. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to help ensure products move smoothly through eCommerce platforms and big-box retail channels. You should be adaptable, organized, comfortable multitasking, and a strong team player. If you’re looking for a role where your contributions directly impact customer satisfaction and retail execution, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Tasks include Handle daily DTC orders for various accounts Track shipments to ensure timely deliveries Ensure product validity daily Answer customer queries Support Sales and Marketing initiatives Answer incoming calls and emails from customers Co-ordinate with distribution centre to ensure orders are shipped on time Process Returns Maintain a minimal backlog Provide excellent support Provide excellent customer service. What we are looking for: 1 – 2 year of similar work experience, preferably in a distribution company; Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications and Excel; Excellent communications skills (written/verbal) and interpersonal skills; Demonstrated organizational ability and follow-through; Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment; Demonstrated ability to work harmoniously in a team as well as autonomously; Strong attention to detail, meticulous Why Join Us Ready to join our team?
