Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Handle all inbound leads (phone, email, website, walk-ins) in a timely and professional mannerConduct outbound calls and follow-ups on unsold leads, previous customers, and service customersSchedule and confirm appointments for the sales teamMaintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systemsBuild rapport with customers to understand needs and match them with appropriate vehiclesFollow dealership processes for lead management and response timesWork closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth customer handoffAssist in marketing campaigns, promotions, and database miningTrack daily/weekly/monthly performance metrics (appointments set, shown, sold)Ensure high level of customer satisfaction and positive experienceQualificationsPrevious customer service, call center, or sales experience preferred (automotive is an asset but not required)Strong communication skills (phone, email, text)Comfortable handling high call volumes and multitaskingBasic computer skills and experience with CRM systemsPositive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-orientedAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentKey Skills:Customer relationship buildingObjection handlingTime management and organizationAttention to detailTeam collaboration Additional InformationWorking Conditions:Full-time position, including evenings and weekendsFast-paced dealership environmentPerformance-based incentives/bonuses may applyCompensation:Base salary plus commission structurePerformance-based bonuses tied to appointments set, shown, and vehicles soldEarning potential increases with performanceWestminster Toyota will provide the training required to help you succeed with your automotive career.
