About the role

A growing organization is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support its customers by providing exceptional service, accurate order processing, and timely product information. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment.

As a key member of the team, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring inquiries and orders are handled efficiently while coordinating with internal departments to deliver a positive customer experience.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

Professionally manage a high volume of customer orders and inquiries through phone, email, and other electronic communication channels. Accurately enter, process, and track customer orders while ensuring product and pricing information is current and correct. Serve as a liaison between customers and internal departments including sales, technical support, product management, purchasing, production, dispatch, and accounting. Resolve customer concerns, issues, and inquiries promptly while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction. Coordinate purchase order processing, inventory availability, billing inquiries, and delivery status updates. Document customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and resolutions accurately within company systems. Maintain strong customer relationships by providing responsive, courteous, and solution-oriented service. Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and internal processes. Perform additional administrative and customer support duties as required.

Customer Service Representative Requirements

1+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to professionally interact with customers and internal stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess situations and implement effective solutions independently. Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-first approach to service delivery. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and standard internet-based software. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining accountability for individual responsibilities. Industry experience or product knowledge is considered an asset; training will be provided for the right candidate.
