As we continue to grow across Canada, we are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated and career minded individual to support our Sales and Administrative team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the operational team (e.g., scheduling, preparing documents, managing payments) Assist the sales team with creating quotes, sorting leads, managing inquires and communicating with customers. Greet and help customers visiting our showroom and picking up their orders. Support the Sales and Warehouse team with online order tracking and shipments via FedEx/Canada Post.
Qualifications & Skills
Prior experience in administrative roles, office support or sales support positions Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written) Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); experience with CRM or marketing tools is a plus Professional appearance and demeanor Technical understanding of machinery and/or woodworking is highly desirable
