About the role
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and dependable Assistant to support the Director in both business and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will manage daily communications, oversee operational coordination, and ensure tasks are completed efficiently and professionally.
This role requires someone who can multitask, maintain confidentiality, communicate effectively, and adapt to a fast-paced work environment. Immediate availability is highly preferred.
Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive & Administrative Support Manage and organize the Director’s daily schedule, meetings, and appointments Monitor, prioritize, and respond to emails on a daily basis Prepare reports, presentations, documents, and correspondence as needed Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and calendar management Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion Business & Operations Management Assist in managing operations for Laul Real Estate Group Coordinate with clients, partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders Track projects, deadlines, and operational deliverables Ensure smooth day-to-day business coordination and follow-ups Communication & Coordination Maintain professional communication with clients and team members Work effectively across multiple time zones, especially Vancouver working hours Provide timely updates and status reports to the Director Support virtual meetings and coordination activities General Support Perform other duties and tasks assigned by the superior Assist with personal and business-related errands when needed Take initiative in identifying and solving operational issues
Qualifications Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Assistant Excellent verbal and written English communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and email management tools Flexible and willing to work across different time zones Willing to work weekends when required Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality Experience in real estate operations is an advantage
Work Schedule Must be available to work Monday to Saturday, 9am to 5:30pm Vancouver timezone and flexible to work across different time zones as required. Candidate should also be available and willing to work on Sundays if needed.
Pay: INR 40,000 to INR 55,000 per month
