Are you passionate about cars, technology, and customer service? Do you have a knack for storytelling through video? If so, Subaru of Charlottetown wants YOU on our team! We’re looking for a Service Video Advisor to bring transparency and trust to our service department while keeping our customers informed every step of the way.

As a Service Video Advisor at Subaru Charlottetown, you will take videos of ongoing repairs to client vehicles, keeping them updated on progress and allowing them a chance to be part of the decision-making process. This role will also involve maintaining a tidy environment both in the shop and on the lot, as well as other duties assigned by the Service Manager. This is an entry-level position, providing the opportunity to gain a rewarding career with Atlantic Canada’s largest automotive group. This role will also require the Videographer to provide backup as a Service Advisor when needed.

Wage Range: $17.50 - $19.75 plus bonus plan

Please note that this role is not eligible for participation in the Atlantic Immigration Program (AIP) due to the specific National Occupational Classifications (NOC) requirements.

• Capture precise, high-quality video documentation of vehicle repairs.
• Clearly and professionally explain the technician’s diagnosis and repair recommendations on video.
• Upload and send videos to clients promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Provide support across the service department as needed.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Confidence in explaining service processes on camera (voice only).
• A keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy in all video documentation.
• Punctuality and reliability—we need someone we can count on!
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
