Essential Turbines Inc. (ETI) is a leading Engine MRO providing services across the globe. ETI operates out of facilities in Montreal, Vancouver, Malta and Phoenix, AZ. Our company specializes in the RR250 & RR300 Engines (Rolls Royce) and has special capabilities in mature engines for fighter jets. We have a global base of operators and customers, in various industries including emergency services, law enforcement, agricultural, industrial and tourism. Position Overview Essential Turbines is growing, and we are seeking an experienced Account Manager, Engine MRO to support commercial and government helicopter customers from our Montreal operation.

The Account Manager, Engine MRO will serve as a point of contact for the assigned commercial and military accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery, fostering long-term relationships, and driving business growth within the helicopter and aerospace industry. This role requires a blend of relationship management, technical understanding, and business acumen to meet client needs and achieve company objectives.

Key Responsibilities Serve as one of the primary contacts and advocate for key clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships. Develop and execute tailored account management strategies, including account planning and customer prioritization. Respond promptly to client inquiries regarding services, projects, billing, and technical support to ensure satisfaction. Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities for module/engine-related products and services. Negotiate, prepare, and execute contracts for services, equipment rentals, and special agreements. Prepare accurate, timely quotes and proposals for turbine services, repairs, and parts, ensuring compliance with client needs and company policies. Collaborate with internal teams to gather information for quoting, including scope, pricing, and delivery timelines. Present and explain quotes and proposals to clients, addressing questions and revising documentation as needed. Monitor account performance, track key metrics, and report on revenue and retention progress. Resolve client issues efficiently by coordinating with relevant departments to deliver timely solutions. Stay current on industry trends, client developments, and the competitive landscape to proactively meet client needs. Represent Essential Turbines at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings. Maintain accurate records of all account activities, communications, and agreements in CRM and internal systems. Assist with creating Pro-Forma / invoicing to avoid any delays in communications for receiving payment, IAW AR schedule

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field (preferred). 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or customer relations, ideally within the helicopter or aerospace industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office. Ability to analyze account data, forecast sales, and develop strategic account plans. Technical aptitude or familiarity with turbines or engines is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel for client meetings, site visits, and industry events as required (percentage to be determined).
