Our client, a leader in climate engineering for 40 years, is currently looking for a counter attendant at their Laval branch to advise customers, take orders and expand the team of enthusiasts. The tasks consist of:

-       Answering customer queries (by telephone or at the counter).

-       Filling orders forms following calls received.

-       Tracking orders for pickup or shipping.

-       Using the SAP system.

-       Ensuring parts warranty for replacement.

-       Assisting with receiving merchandise for storage.

-       Taking continuous training to become an expert in the field of air conditioning and heating.

-       Carrying out any other similar task requested by your immediate supervisor.

Requirements:

-       Experience in HVAC (required).

-       Bilingualism (intermediate French and English) to communicate and interact with certain suppliers in the United States, at a frequency of 20%.

-       Knowledge of the suite MS Office.

-       Knowledge of construction and renovation (an asset).

-       Knowledge of SAP (an asset).

-       Access to a vehicle (an asset).

Salary: Starting at $24 per hour or more according to experience

Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
