Cycle Mechanic - Part time/flexible
About the role
We are professional, customer centric and collaborative and our goal is to provide the repair and service of bicycles with a focus on outstanding customer service; this is achieved through active engagement with our customers and delivering to exceed expectations. Cycle repairs, upgrades and servicing are the core product offerings based out of retail premises.
We are looking for an experienced Bicycle Mechanic with excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about cycling and have a good knowledge about the cycling industry. Must be numerate, and a good communicator.
You will be expected to complete the following tasks on a typical work day:
Bike servicing & repairs Diagnosing technical bike faults Refurbishment & rebuild of bikes Maintaining a clean and tidy workshop Sales of Bikes, Accessories and parts Customer Servicing
