JOB SUMMARY This position provides the primary contact with all end users who require assistance in US Brokerage systems. Additional responsibilities include triage, database management/config support, and creating standard and customized reports. KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Respond to all internal ticket requests (HSS) for system support, including software/hardware downtime and user requests for information and ‘how to handles’ at transaction level within the various operating systems.
Maintain defined standard commitment levels for all HSS tickets received.
Analyze end user software problems and determine degree of risk and appropriate action.
Coordinate user improvements with System Administrator for potential improvement initiatives for all users.
Coordinate and manage UAT groups with testing new and upgraded software.
Liase with customs agencies as required to troubleshoot or coordinate system changes.
Create new user profiles in all operating systems in accordance with Corporate Governance guidelines.
Report any system security concerns to System Administrator as well as Corporate Governance Dept.
Support installation and UAT of all system upgrades.
Communicate critical information to user community concerning any system interruptions or issues.
Other duties as assigned
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
Intermediate to advanced Computer (Windows/MS Office), Web navigation, and Data Entry skills
Solid understanding of the ABI ACE CATAIR requirements.
Proven experience with brokerage related processing systems.
Demonstrated knowledge of Insight products (Insight Compliance Center, FAST and eVent)
Excellent communication skills (both verbal, written and presentation)
Strong attention to detail, planning and organizational skills
Outstanding analytical skills
Ability to work cross functionally at all levels internally and externally
Self-starter with the ability to complete tasks with minimum supervision

Actual compensation will be determined based on these factors and may vary accordingly.
