These widgets are our front door. Every new deployment improves a partner's customer experience, drives engagement, and creates opportunities for deeper brokerage relationships. Expanding our partner network and getting more widgets live is one of the biggest drivers of our growth - and that's where you come in.

The role This is a focused, high-energy outbound role with one objective: get Zipments widgets deployed with new partners.

You'll spend your day prospecting, making cold calls, sending emails, connecting on LinkedIn, and speaking with Canadian and U.S. freight forwarders, trucking companies, and customs brokers. Your goal is to show them how our widgets improve their customer experience and get them live on their websites.

Deploying a widget is often as simple as adding a single line of HTML, so the technical barrier is low. Your job is to identify the right partners, communicate the value, overcome objections, follow up relentlessly, and ensure each deployment is completed successfully.

What you'll do Build and maintain a target list of Canadian and U.S. freight forwarders, trucking companies, and customs brokers. Execute high-volume outbound prospecting through cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach. Demonstrate Zipments widgets and communicate their value in clear, business-friendly language. Guide partners through the deployment process and verify that widgets are live and functioning correctly. Follow up consistently to move partners from "interested" to "live." Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and partner events to generate new partnership opportunities and strengthen existing relationships. Maintain an accurate CRM, manage your pipeline, and provide weekly updates on activity, deployments, and results. Continuously improve our outreach, messaging, and partner acquisition process by testing new ideas, sharing insights, and helping us refine the playbook as we grow.

What we're looking for A relentless prospector. You're comfortable picking up the phone, sending emails, and reaching out on LinkedIn every day. Consistent outbound activity doesn't intimidate you - it energizes you. Persistent by nature. Many partners will say "yes" but never get around to installing the widget. You don't take silence as rejection. You follow up, solve problems, and keep moving opportunities forward until they're live. A strong communicator. You can explain technical products in simple, business-friendly language and build credibility with business owners and decision-makers. Comfortable with technology. You're confident using modern software, AI tools, CRMs, and productivity applications to work smarter and more efficiently. Willing to learn basic web technologies. Installing a widget is often as simple as adding a line of HTML. You don't need to be a developer, but you're willing to learn the basics of HTML, WordPress, and common website platforms so you can confidently help partners when needed. Our team will support you along the way. Organized and disciplined. You keep your pipeline current, log your activities, and never let promising opportunities fall through the cracks. Coachable and curious. You seek feedback, learn quickly, and continuously improve your approach. Sales or partnership experience is an asset, not a requirement. Previous experience in outbound sales, business development, partnerships, or customer success is beneficial, but we'll happily invest in someone with the right attitude and drive. Industry experience is helpful, but not required. Experience in freight forwarding, logistics, transportation, customs brokerage, or international trade is a bonus, not a prerequisite. Native-level written and spoken English.

Your first six months Success in this role is simple: get our technology into the hands of as many partners as possible.

By the end of your first six months, you'll be expected to have: Signed 40 new partner organizations. Successfully deployed and verified 200 Zipments widgets across partner websites. Built a healthy pipeline of future partnership opportunities. Established yourself as a trusted point of contact for our partners, helping them successfully adopt and use our technology.

We measure deployments through our own analytics, so "live" means the widget is actively installed and being used on a partner's website. Your success will be measured by results, not activity.

Compensation Base salary: $60,000/year Variable comp: We're pushing hard on rapid deployment of our technology, and there's a lot of variable comp opportunity tied to it. The upper limit isn't capped - if you figure this out, you can make a lot.
