About Us

Homes By Rav is a fast-growing real estate brand serving Edmonton and surrounding areas. We specialize in residential homes, pre-construction properties, investments, and modern real estate marketing. We are looking for a motivated and creative Real Estate & Social Media Assistant to support daily operations, content creation, and client communication.

Job Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries through phone, text, email, and social media
• Schedule showings, appointments, inspections, and meetings
• Assist with paperwork, contracts, and transaction coordination
• Create social media content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube
• Record and edit short-form real estate videos and behind-the-scenes content
• Help manage social media accounts, captions, reels, and posting schedules
• Upload and manage listings on MLS and online platforms
• Create flyers, marketing materials, and promotional content
• Follow up with leads and maintain CRM/database
• Assist during open houses and events when required
• Coordinate with builders, lawyers, mortgage brokers, and other professionals

Requirements

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable being on camera and creating video content
• Experience with Instagram Reels, TikTok, Canva, CapCut, or video editing apps
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Basic computer knowledge and social media understanding
• Real estate experience is an asset but not required
• Valid driver?s license and reliable transportation preferred
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
