The ideal candidate will possess: A valid RECA Condominium Manager License (please include the name your license is registered under when applying) 2–5 years of residential property management experience Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills Strong written and verbal communication abilities A valid driver's license, clean driver's abstract, and reliable vehicle Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills Professional presentation and demeanor Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and people management capabilities The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Condominium Manager, you will: Serve as the primary point of contact for Board Members, Owners, and Residents, providing timely and professional support Prepare, manage, and monitor annual operating budgets for condominium corporations Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable processes within assigned portfolios Ensure contracts and service agreements relating to common property are effectively managed and executed Attend and facilitate Board Meetings, Annual General Meetings (AGMs), and special meetings as required Coordinate and manage maintenance requests, repairs, and vendor services Review and interpret vendor quotations, contracts, and purchase orders Apply critical thinking and sound judgment to resolve issues and make informed decisions Maintain detailed knowledge of each property within your portfolio Support company policies, procedures, and operational standards Foster positive working relationships with owners, residents, board members, trades, and colleagues Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and process improvement Why Join Simco?
