If you want to know more, visit our website: https://alliancecleans.com/ Job Details The Building Caretaker is responsible for maintaining a clean and presentable building, both inside and outside, on a daily basis, but will also support building operations and assist with administrative tasks. Shift Available: Saturday & Sunday from 8:00A M to 4:00 PM Responsibilities and Duties: Clean the common areas of the building. Assist in building move-ins / move-outs. Complete building security inspections. Program enter-phone codes and fobs. Report building issues in writing. Assist first responders and execute emergency protocol. Facilitate trades and general handyman tasks. Other duties as required. Skills and Qualifications: Strong communication and organizational skills. Be reliable and punctual. Friendly, customer-focused attitude. Able to lift 20 lbs and climb a 5ft ladder. Able to use cleaning equipment and chemicals. Open to clean light biohazard waste. Proficient with Microsoft Office, email, and online tools. Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and products. We offer: On-site training. Cleaning supplies provided.
