Responsibilities for a Security Dispatcher

Oversee communications in the Ottawa and Kingston regions 

Confer with customers or employees in a supervisory capacity  

Receive or prepare work instructions and establish priorities 

Record and maintain data and dispatch information

Organize the allocation of resources in an efficient manner

Qualifications for a Security Dispatcher Have a high school diploma or equivalent  Be available to work a flexible schedule   Be eligible to work in Canada  Computer proficiency required / strong computer skills Customer service-oriented; customer service experience is an asset Ability to multi-task and work under pressure Applicants must be able to work morning and overnight shifts in rotation
