Job Summary
Cool Dispatch is hiring a full-time Last Mile Delivery Driver to complete local deliveries throughout the Lower Mainland (e.g., Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, Surrey, Delta, Coquitlam, and surrounding areas). You will operate a refrigerated delivery vehicle, perform multi-stop routes, and represent Cool Dispatch professionally at customer locations while maintaining cold-chain standards and accurate delivery documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Safely operate a refrigerated delivery vehicle on assigned routes throughout the Lower Mainland. Complete multi-stop deliveries and pickups efficiently while meeting scheduled delivery windows. Maintain cold-chain integrity by following temperature-control procedures and handling products properly. Load, secure, and unload product safely, including repetitive lifting and use of hand carts/pallet jacks as required. Use mobile devices/apps for navigation, proof of delivery, scanning, and delivery notes; report issues promptly. Perform daily pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections; report defects, incidents, and maintenance needs. Provide excellent customer service at delivery sites and communicate clearly with dispatch regarding delays, changes, or exceptions. Follow company policies and applicable regulations related to driving, safety, and workplace conduct.
