Overview We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The Sharpe?s Customer Service Representative (CSR) plays a vital role in creating and maintaining positive customer experiences that drive loyalty and repeat business. They take pride in their work and strive to be a dependable, trusted resource for every customer interaction.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with order placement, processing, and product selection.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and text, providing accurate information and customer-focused solutions.
• Coordinate with internal departments to support order fulfillment and ensure customer needs are met efficiently and on time.
• Prepare accurate invoices and process payments to support customer satisfaction and inventory control.
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and clear, professional communication to foster positive customer relationships.
• Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations, company policies, and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support team and business operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service roles, with strong communication skills.
• Demonstrated proficiency in data entry, analysis skills, and sales techniques including upselling.
• Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to handle diverse customer interactions professionally.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze situations quickly and provide solutions.
• Experience with equine or livestock industries an asset.
• Bilingualism is an asset.
• A positive attitude, adaptability, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service are essential for success in this role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
