What You'll Do As an Energy Specialist / Appointment Setter, you will connect with commercial business owners across Ontario and Texas, introducing competitive electricity and natural gas solutions. Key Responsibilities Prospect and qualify new commercial customers through outbound calling (100–150 calls per day) Schedule appointments and build long-term relationships with business decision-makers Collaborate closely with Outside Sales and Account Management teams to help close sales opportunities Maintain professionalism, integrity, and transparency in every customer interaction Track performance and consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly RCE targets Effectively manage your sales pipeline using CRM tools and strong organizational skills
What We're Looking For We are seeking energetic, goal-oriented professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment. Qualifications Professional fluency in both spoken and written English and Spanish is required Comfortable making 100–150 outbound business calls daily Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable using computers and CRM software Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Professional, ethical, and customer-focused Results-driven with a strong desire to exceed goals Able to succeed in a performance-based environment Previous experience in sales, energy, or a call centre environment is considered an asset College diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications is an asset but not required Must be legally authorized to work in Canada Motivated by uncapped earning potential and career growth
