BILINGUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (French/English) - Mississauga location OR Edmonton location
MANUFACTUING INDURTY EXPERINCE IS REQUIRED
Primary Duties and Responsibilities : Handle inbound & outbound calls from & to customers Input data & orders into the dedicated software system Coordinate with warehouse team to collect concise information & provide customers service excellence Service customer requests for quotes and orders received through multiple channels of communication (email, phone, salesforce CRM) Convert quotes to orders Recording customer interactions in CRM for consistency in customer relations Resolving customer complaints, escalating as required Consult with sales on commercial and technical issues as required. Assist customers with accurate transactions and industry specific product information. Provide conveyor and power transmission technical assistance for belting solutions. Handle RGAs credits and complaints as needed. Respect safety procedures & guidelines at all times Other projects and duties as assigned
Requirements: Open to either Mississauga, Ontario location OR Edmonton, Alberta location 3 to 5 years of prior experience in Customer Service in Manufacturing, Warehouse, or Distribution industry is required Minimum 3 years of order entry experience into CRM/ERP is required Bilingual English/French is required Proficiency with MS Office, and prior experience with CRM software (Sales Force preferred) Professional telephone skills, customer service mindset, and professional oral and written communications in English AND in French Ability to work efficiently with a team Excellent verbal and written communication skills High Energy - Able to thrive in a customer service/sales environment High Integrity & Accountability Strong organization skills / Excellent time management skills Decision-making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills, Able to multi-task the activities with shifting priorities. Excellent attendance Being onsite all 5 days is required Authorization to work in Canada for any employer
Salary & Conditions:
- Job Location: Ammega Canada Inc. 265 Export Blvd, Mississauga, ON, L5S 1Y4 OR 10020 42 Avenue NW, Edmonton, AB, T6E 5B4
- Salary: $55,000 – 60,000 annually (depending on relevant exp.)
- Days of work: 5 Days in Office, Monday to Friday - Permanent Full time position, 40 hours per week
- Timings: 8:00am to 5:00pm EST. shift, (flexibility for 9:00am to 6:00pm schedule when required)
