Overview We are seeking a dedicated Full Time Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is vital in delivering exceptional service to our clients by providing timely and accurate assistance. Duties
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring high-quality service.
- Manage data entry tasks accurately to update customer records and transaction details.
- Assist customers with product or service information, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complaints professionally.
- Utilize analysis skills to identify customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions or products.
- Engage in upselling and sales opportunities by promoting additional services or products that benefit the customer.
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster positive customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Document all interactions thoroughly for future reference and quality assurance purposes.
- Must be able to maintain and balance cash, credit and finance payments.
- Ensure deliveries are Set and Confirmed
- Proficiency with computers, Global Payments, Financing, POS+ and balancing.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or related roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records.
- Demonstrated analysis skills to assess customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Experience in sales or upselling techniques is a plus, along with excellent communication skills and phone etiquette.
- Ability to work full-time hours, while maintaining professionalism and patience.
