The Opportunity At ChatterHigh, we take pride in the relationships we build with educators and school districts to bring impactful career and life resources to middle and high school students. As a Bilingual School Support Coordinator, you will work closely with our existing School Support Coordinator and report directly to our Director of Operations. Key Responsibilities In this role, you will use your bilingual skills (English and French) to manage day-to-day school support, outreach, and platform onboarding. Responsibilities may include: Customer Excellence: Provide world-class support to teachers and students to resolve account issues, answer platform questions and increase engagement. Educator Onboarding: Support and inform educators about platform features and initiatives via onboarding calls and email communications. Classroom Presentations: Conduct engaging virtual and in-person presentations to onboard students to the ChatterHigh platform. District Partnerships: Help build partnerships with school districts and promote customized educational solutions. Growth & Outreach: Contribute to user growth KPIs through targeted nurture and outreach communications tailored to specific audiences. Lead Generation: Identify new contacts, school boards, and audiences to engage with. Data & Project Management: Create and manage contacts in HubSpot (CRM) and track project progress accurately using Asana. Content Support: Support translations of various forms of content and help add to and maintain our database of curriculum-aligned documents.

Who You Are Qualifications & Skills Bilingualism: Fully fluent in spoken and written French and English, with the ability to communicate effortlessly in all professional contexts. K-12 Education or EdTech Familiarity: Experience working within or alongside the Canadian K-12 education system. You understand how to communicate effectively with school board leads, educators and students. A "Customer Success" mindset- you genuinely enjoy the outreach and relationship building required for long-term program adoption. Confident Communicator: Exceptional public speaking skills, comfortable presenting to both adults and youth, and eager to learn about and discuss technical products. Tech-Savvy: Highly proficient with digital tools, comfortable with CRM/Project Management platforms, and eager to leverage AI tools to optimize workflows.

Logistics, Compensation & Benefits Location: Fully Remote in Canada (Candidates must have a reliable laptop and a strong internet connection). Travel: This role may have travel opportunities with-in Canada for conferences, Professional Development workshops and class presentations. Salary Range: $50,000 - $55,000 CAD (determined based on experience and qualifications).
