Job Summary
Provide operational support for time and attendance and people systems by assisting with team member inquiries, system administration, and reporting. Partner with Porter client groups to support system processes, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Note: This opportunity is a 3-Month Fixed-Term Contract
Duties & Responsibilities
Support the Time and Attendance Analyst with day-to-day tasks including monitoring and following up on team member support requests Provide support for People systems, assisting team members and leaders with basic troubleshooting, password resets, and system navigation across technology tools Generate reports and metrics on attendance, hours worked, overtime, and other relevant data Assist with administrative system tasks including data uploads, document management, and system updates Assist in training team members and stakeholders on time and attendance modules and policies Partner and provide support to Payroll, People & Culture, and Talent teams to support day-to-day operational needs across People systems Participate in People systems initiatives and projects, including testing, documentation, and process improvement efforts Actively participate in Porter’s Safety Management System (SMS), including reporting hazards and incidents encountered in daily operations; understand, comply with, and promote the Company Safety Policy.

Qualifications
Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in payroll, HR, workforce management, or HRIS administration. 1-3 years of work experience in people systems administration, human resources and/or data analytics Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace Suite and comfortable working with data and reports Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to support a broad internal client group Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive team member information with discretion.
