Accountabilities: The Customer Success Data Analyst will be responsible for delivering high-quality data solutions, supporting customers throughout their journey, and collaborating with internal teams to continuously improve analytical tools and processes. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, customer focus, and strong project management skills. Ensure accurate and timely delivery of customer data following data generation and quality control processes. Finalize customer data reports and create clear, insightful visualizations to support scientific decision-making. Develop and maintain standard reporting workflows for customer projects. Support customer onboarding and provide ongoing assistance with data platform usage, troubleshooting, and general inquiries. Act as a key customer contact by understanding research needs, gathering feedback, and ensuring successful project outcomes. Translate customer insights into recommendations for product improvements, new analysis capabilities, and platform enhancements. Serve as a user tester for data tools and platforms, identifying bugs and suggesting improvements. Collaborate with data, product, and development teams to troubleshoot issues and optimize analytical workflows. Build customized data analysis pipelines for internal improvements, quality assurance, research collaborations, and unique customer requests. Manage multiple customer projects simultaneously while maintaining quality, accuracy, and delivery timelines. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer experience and analytical capabilities. Requirements: The ideal candidate is a scientifically minded data professional with experience in analytics, customer-facing environments, and biological data interpretation. They should be comfortable working across technical and customer-focused teams while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Master’s degree in Life Sciences with a focus on data interpretation and analysis, or a related field. Minimum of two years of experience in data analysis programming, preferably using Python. Experience with bioinformatics, data science, or computational biology is considered an advantage. Strong understanding of statistical data analysis methods, including foundational techniques such as principal component analysis (PCA). At least one year of experience in a customer-facing or service-oriented role. Experience supporting technical customers or working with customer technical teams is a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly. Ability to collaborate effectively within diverse, cross-functional teams. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing deadlines, and deliver high-quality results independently. Proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, propose solutions, and drive initiatives to completion.
