Application Support / Systems Analyst
Our client, a property management organization, is seeking an interim resource to provide application and systems support during a critical transition period. This individual will help manage day-to-day ticket resolution and operational support until a planned system cutover is complete
Key Responsibilities: Provide hands-on support for business applications during the transition from Yardi Manage and resolve a high volume of open support tickets, currently totaling approximately 160. Support issues related to EHR systems, CRM functionality, and finance applications. Troubleshoot CRM-related issues following a recent migration from Salesforce to Yardi CRM. Assist with finance support tickets and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution Serve as a key support resource to stabilize operations and maintain continuity through cutover. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners as needed to track issues, priorities, and escalations.
Required Qualifications: Experience supporting enterprise applications in a business-critical environment. Strong familiarity with Yardi and experience supporting system transitions or implementations. Experience supporting CRM systems, ideally in post-migration environments. Working knowledge of finance application support and ticket management processes. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with a heavy ticket volume.
