Bronte Window Cleaning is growing, and we're looking for motivated people to join our door-to-door sales team this season.
No experience needed — we'll train you. If you're comfortable talking to people, self-motivated, and want a role with high earning potential, we want to hear from you.
💰 How pay works Commission-based — typically 25–35% on the jobs you book. On average, reps make about $150 in a 3-hour door-knocking shift. The more doors you knock, the more you make.
✅ What you'll be doing • Canvassing neighbourhoods to book window cleaning estimates and jobs • Explaining our services and pricing to homeowners with confidence • Booking appointments directly using our scheduling system • Inputting client information into our CRM system • Following up with leads and building customer relationships
✅ What we're looking for • Comfortable talking to people and knocking on doors • Self-motivated — you set your own pace and hours • Reliable transportation to get around your assigned area (transportation included in select neighbourhoods) • 15+ years old • No experience necessary — full training and scripts provided
