Maison Chaumet, the Parisian jeweler founded in 1780, embodies the excellence of French high-jewelry craftsmanship. Its identity is deeply rooted in France’s cultural and artistic heritage, and we are looking for a Sales Advisor (Ambassador) for our new Oakridge Mall, Vancouver —individuals who are passionate about fine jewelry and committed to representing this heritage through outstanding service.
Main Responsibilities
Cultural and Heritage Representation
- Embody the image and values of Maison Chaumet to our clients.
- Share the history, traditions, and French art de vivre that lie at the heart of Chaumet’s identity.
Client Service and Experience
- Provide personalized, refined service aligned with the standards of French high jewelry.
- Create an immersive atmosphere that reflects Parisian elegance and the prestige of the Maison.
Product Expertise and Storytelling
- Present the collections by highlighting their cultural and artistic heritage.
- Share authentic stories about the origins of the creations, their inspiration, and their connection to French history.
Training and Knowledge Sharing
- Train local teams on the Maison’s codes and the French approach to presentation.
- Ensure a consistent Chaumet experience that respects French traditions.
International Client Development
- Attract and retain clients who value the prestige of French high jewelry.
Our ideal candidate has…
- A minimum of two (2) years of retail sales experience; luxury retail and/or jewelry experience is a must
- Strong team values
- Great interpersonal and communications skills
- Good organization and learning skills
- Strong working knowledge of the English language. Mandarin will be considered an asset.
