Role: Route Driver
Start Date: Monday May 25, 2026
Role: Delivery Driver
Position: Full Time / 24 hrs, Monday through Thursday
Vacation Entitlement: 2 weeks (10 days)
JOB SUMMARY
Maintain proper inventory levels and ensure product distribution for micro markets.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide excellent client and customer satisfaction in every aspect of job performance.

Demonstrate a clear understanding of company policies and the ability to apply them as needed.
-
Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of machines and related equipment.
-
Conduct minor maintenance and adjustments on machines. When necessary, report defective equipment to the designated maintenance service provider or technician dispatcher.
-
Before starting each day’s route, ensure the truck is properly loaded with all products required to service scheduled micro markets and machines according to operational procedures.
-
Inform regular clients and customers about new products and services, listen to concerns, and resolve service-related issues.
-
Report all client and/or customer complaints to the immediate supervisor in a timely manner.
-
Set up merchandise displays and promotional materials for customers.
-
Be accountable for all goods received, invoices, delivery tickets, cash collected, and products handled.
-
Perform product rotation to ensure product freshness.
-
Conduct inventory reconciliation according to district procedures.
-
Keep the company vehicle clean and organized at all times; perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.

Perform all job duties in a safe and professional manner.

Carry out any other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Think you have what it takes to be one of our Route Drivers? Here’s what we’re looking for:

Valid Class G driver’s license with a clean driving record.
-
Minimum of 3 years of driving experience required.
-
Preferred 1–2 years of experience in customer service, or at least 1 year of related experience.
-
Ability to consistently lift up to 50 lbs.
-
Ability or willingness to learn how to operate material handling equipment (box trucks, hand carts, etc.).
-
Ability to work independently and manage a route with minimal supervision for approximately 98% of the workday.
