Role Description The Sales & Business Development Representative will be responsible for identifying and developing partnership, sponsorship, and community engagement opportunities that increase awareness of Cardiac Longevity Clinic throughout Ottawa and the surrounding area. This person will also support lead conversion by speaking with prospective clients by phone. The ideal candidate is confident, personable, energetic, health-conscious, and comfortable both “hunting” for new business opportunities; someone who enjoys initiating conversations, building relationships, converting leads, and representing a purpose-driven healthcare organization in the community.

Key Responsibilities Business Development & Community Outreach Identify partnership and sponsorship opportunities that align with Cardiac Longevity Clinic’s brand, mission, and target audience. Research and pursue opportunities at local events that would increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads. Make cold calls, send outreach emails, and conduct in-person visits to build relationships with event organizers, businesses, community groups, and potential partners. Represent the clinic at select events, sponsorship activations, and community engagements. Build and maintain a pipeline of potential partnership and sponsorship opportunities. Develop relationships with local businesses, wellness professionals, community leaders, and organizations aligned with health, prevention, and longevity. Lead Conversion & Client Communication Speak with prospective clients who inquire about the clinic’s services by phone or email. Follow up with qualified leads generated through marketing campaigns. Explain the clinic’s services clearly, confidently, and professionally. Help prospective clients understand the value of proactive heart health, longevity medicine, cardiovascular screening, and lifestyle-based prevention. Convert interested prospects into booked consultations or appointments. Track lead interactions, follow-ups, and outcomes. Provide feedback to the leadership team on common questions, objections, and opportunities for improving the client journey. Brand Representation Act as a professional ambassador for Cardiac Longevity Clinic. Communicate our mission, values, and services in a compelling and accurate way. Qualifications Confident, energetic, and motivated. Sales-driven with strong communication skills. Comfortable with outreach, cold calling, and lead conversion. Passionate about health, fitness, wellness, and longevity. Ideally experienced or educated in health sciences, kinesiology, fitness, wellness, healthcare, or a related field.
