Hourly wage: $18.70 We will invest in you, covering the costs of continuing education through GardaWorld Academy Full-Time Schedule: Must be available Monday to Sunday 8AM-8PM and 8PM-8AM (12-hour continental rotation schedule (2 weeks days and 2 weeks nights)) Career growth opportunities at GardaWorld Uniform provided at no cost Responsibilities for Customer Service Security Guard
Welcome visitors, verify ID, and provide directions
Control building access
Conduct foot patrols to identify risks
Check security equipment and report issues
Complete computer-based monitoring and reports
Respond to incidents and provide first aid
Write incident reports and communicate concerns
Answer questions in person and by phone
Qualifications for Customer Service Security Guard
Must be legally authorized to work in Canada Must hold a valid Ontario Security Guard License Must have a valid WSIB Approved First Aid & CPR Level C Certification Exceptional customer service skills Proficient in basic phone & computer skills Minimum 1 year experience working in a customer service or concierge role
