This job is full-time permanent.  Customer Care Representative – Mississauga, ON or Dartmouth, NS   Are you a TEAM player, with a positive “remain cool under fire” attitude, a willingness to take on new initiatives and detailed oriented with strong organizational/multi-tasking skills?  This opportunity may just be what you are looking for!   This position is one that promotes increased sales while providing accurate, prompt service to customers. The position requires excellent social skills and a passion for assisting customers. Being detail oriented, well organized and able to manage tasks with minimal supervision is important. Join a collaborative team where your impact is visible, your growth is supported, and no two days are the same.   Why join us? ·         Clear path toward inside → outside sales career progression ·         Exposure to sales, operations, and supply chain ·         Supportive team environment that values collaboration and growth ·         Hybrid work environment ·         Opportunity to develop strong customer service and selling skills   Schedule Availability between 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (rotating monthly shift)   What you’ll do You’ll play a key role in driving customer satisfaction and sales growth by: ·         Managing and processing customer orders accurately and efficiently ·         Acting as the main contact for customer inquiries (orders, delivery, product info) ·         Resolving issues and ensuring a seamless customer experience ·         Preparing quotes, purchase orders, and invoices ·         Collaborating cross-functionally (warehouse, sales, credit, etc.) ·         Identifying upsell and new business opportunities within existing accounts ·         Supporting account growth   What we’re looking for ·         3+ years in customer service, call centre, or sales support ·         Post-secondary education in business (or equivalent experience) ·         Strong communication skills (English) and customer-first mindset ·         Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities ·         Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment ·         Proactive, resourceful, and motivated to grow into a sales role ·         Microsoft Office skills (SAP is an asset)   Salary Information:  $49,300 to 55,500   Reason for Posting: This is a replacement position.       Domtar is firmly committed to placing greater emphasis on the principles of equity, diversity and inclusion to empower all employees to reach their full potential.
