Expo/Food Runner Expo/Food runners are responsible for making sure orders are presented properly and in a timely manner to all guests. When you are not bussing tables you will be assisting with polishing glasses and cutlery, and other tasks as assigned. These roles require attention to detail, initiative, and a positive attitude.
