About the Role We’re looking for a detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to help support AirMason clients and keep day-to-day platform operations running smoothly.

This role is a mix of customer support, platform administration, and operational coordination. You’ll troubleshoot issues, manage client account updates, support onboarding and integrations, and help improve the resources and processes that make support more effective over time.

The right person for this role is not just responsive and organized, but also resourceful, systems-minded, and motivated to find smarter ways of working. We’re looking for someone who can help us do more with less by using good judgment, strong follow-through, and modern tools to make the function more efficient as we grow.

Key Responsibilities Respond to client questions and troubleshoot platform issues through Intercom Partner with engineers and cross-functional teammates to investigate and resolve user issues Support client onboarding and integration setup, including follow-up and troubleshooting Create and maintain knowledge base content, tutorials, and support documentation Test handbook previews, flag quality issues, and capture product feedback and edge cases Identify and drive improvements that streamline workflows, reduce manual work, improve user satisfaction, and help the team scale support more effectively Support internal administrative and operational tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to learn new systems quickly, troubleshoot issues, and work confidently across multiple tools Experience in customer support, operations, SaaS administration, or a similar role Comfortable learning new systems and working across multiple tools Strong written communication and problem-solving skills Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT, with the ability to use them thoughtfully to improve workflows, solve problems, and work more efficiently A resourceful, systems-minded approach and an interest in finding smarter, more scalable ways to operate Comfort working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment where priorities may shift
