North City Insurance Brokers currently has an opening in our Group Division. We are looking for a full time Personal Lines CSR to join our team. The ideal person for this role needs to be reliable, detail oriented, customer focused, with good computer skills.

Qualifications: RIBO Licensed Excellent verbal and written communication skills Highly developed customer service skills 2-4+ years experience as a Personal Lines CSR Positive and enthusiastic attitude Knowledge of Epic is an asset

Primary Duties: Provide professional customer service to new and existing clients Respond to customer inquiries and provide information on insurance products and service Process client payments and inquiries Process changes via EDI upload/download and insurer portals Ability to work with high volume, work collaboratively as a key member of a team and independently with minimal supervision Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

License required for this position • Have a valid RIBO license
