Richelieu Hardware is looking for a Warehouse Material Handler for our Calgary Warehouse.
We are currently seeking a Back Desk Customer Service Representative to support our warehouse and order desk operations. This role focuses on order processing, administrative support, and coordination with warehouse and sales teams to ensure accurate and timely service.
More specifically, the main responsibilities of the position are to:
- Process and enter customer orders accurately in the system
- Verify order details (items, quantities, pricing, and delivery information)
- Respond to customer and internal inquiries (email and phone)
- Coordinate with warehouse team on order status, stock availability, and shipping
- Handle order adjustments, backorders, and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate records (orders, invoices, and customer information)
- Assist with resolving customer issues (delays, discrepancies, damages)
- Ensure all documentation is completed correctly and on time
- Picking orders
- Operating Forklifts
Requirements :
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills (Outlook, order entry systems)
- Previous customer service or order desk experience preferred
- Experience working with warehouse or logistics teams is an asset preferred
